What Kind of Winds Did That?

See how dark and green the sky is? This is in the middle of the day. Mommy was sure that we were going to be taken away by a tornado, just like in Twister.

These are leaves that are plastered to the house. Hail also decorated the front porch.

Straight line winds knocked these trees over. Scary stuff!

Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo

We went round and round on the carousel.

This was shortly before the big, scary storm hit.

The zoo has a new butterfly garden.

The sculptures outside of the garden are beautiful!

Mommy was excited to see another baby with its Mommy.

My Friend Michael

Today I had a play date with Michael. He is bigger than I am and likes to hold me!

I'm not so sure about this new friend thing yet, but Michael is a sweetheart so I don't mind sitting with him too much.

Father's Day

Daddy worked on Father's Day so we celebrated the day before by going swimming. Nana Jo bought this cute bathing suit for me.

I also added shades to my look so I could disguise myself from the paparazzi. They are everywhere!

Daddy was a good bodyguard though.

He kept me safe and sound while I lounged in my shaded crab floatie.
